I've downloaded the Gizmox.WebGUI.FCKLibrary.Sources.1.0_NET20.zip with testing project, try to insert/modify Image or inset ImageButton, in the openend popup(dialog) if you click on the Find on server button will rise the "XML Request Error: Forbidden(403)". If my explaination please tell me where I can put a demo video or something like that.

Hi,

I made a short research on the net an find out that this issue can be solved by taking the following steps:
1. Change the FCKEditor's connector to ASP.NET connector by setting the _FileBrowserLanguage and _QuickUploadLanguage variables to "aspx" in the fckconfig.js file.
2. Download the ASP.NET fixed connector and refer your testing project to its binary assembly "FredCK.FCKeditorV2.dll".

Dear Shlomi,

Can you please explain how I get the FredCK.FCKeditorV2.dll to work in combination with the Gizmox.WebGUI.FCKLibrary testproject?
I tried a few things but cannot get it to work.
I changed the _FileBrowserLanguage and _QuickUploadLanguage settings to aspx in the fckconfig.js file.
Referenced and used the FredCK.FCKeditorV2 dll in the "Testing" assembly but do not get it to work. I get errors.

I am obviuosly doing something wrong. Can you guide me in the right direction?

Hi Arco,

Thank you for your interest in VWG.

We consider the FCKEditor a third party component which is wrapped in order to be used within VWG. I've added a new issue here which is currently scheduled to an undetermined version since we would like to cover the entire WinForms API before dealing with other controls.

However, you can always force your own priority to an issue if it's important to you from Gizmox's commercial support site here.
